No Derivative Works

The licensee agrees not to translate, disassemble, de-compile or in any other way create derivative works of the software.

Limitation of Liability

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express of implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Lionel Spohr or any other contributor be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use of other dealings in the software. In no event shall Lionel Spohrs liability arising out of the use or inability to use the software exceed the amount that you have actually paid for the software.
